The form requests your full name, phone number, ZIP code, plumbing problem, optional additional details, and required inquiry/privacy consent. It also sends a source-page label, a notification subject, and a hidden spam-filter field. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical, or other unnecessary personal information.

The purpose is to review and respond to your plumbing inquiry and assess an appropriate next step. Submission does not guarantee a callback, a provider connection, service availability, or an appointment. There are no visitor accounts, checkout, newsletter signup, or application database in this static project.

Formspree and Third-Party Processing

Formspree is the form-processing provider. Submitted information is sent to its configured form endpoint and handled through the form account for DaltonPlumber.com. The owner must confirm the Formspree account access, verified notification recipients, any dashboard forwarding or integrations, and the retention and deletion settings that apply to this form. This website does not invent a retention period, assert where every copy is held, or guarantee security. There is no custom receiving backend or database in this project.

The browser shows a received message only after a successful Formspree response. If confirmation fails, the entered details stay in the form so you can review them; a network interruption may mean a request reached Formspree without a confirmation reaching your browser. The application does not save form drafts in browser storage.

Consent and Possible Provider Sharing

The required consent explains that your information goes to DaltonPlumber.com through Formspree to handle this inquiry. Information may be shared with an independent plumbing provider only when appropriate and permitted by the actual referral arrangement, your consent, and applicable requirements. This form is not consent to unrelated marketing or a promise of service.

A public widget alone is not proof of verification; Formspree checks the token using its dashboard configuration.

Some articles and location pages link to external sources. Following a link takes you to another service, which can receive ordinary connection and browser request information under its own practices. Browser referrer behavior depends on the browser and site configuration. This website does not control those external services.

No active third-party contractor booking widget or affiliate tracking integration is configured in the reviewed code. Future referral partners, compensation arrangements, link tracking, and any sharing of personal information require owner confirmation and appropriate disclosure before activation.
